The HI (indirect) and HD (direct) series gas hot blast stoves produced by our company are special industrial furnaces that use natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), city gas (coal to gas), or biogas as fuel, air as the heat carrier, and forced circulation through a circulating fan to transfer heat energy to the heating equipment.
This hot blast stove introduces advanced foreign technology, adopts enhanced heat transfer methods and heat-resistant steel materials, has a compact structure, small volume, and long service life.
The HI series hot air stove adopts an indirect heating method for air, allowing the flue gas and air to go their separate ways. The heating is absolutely pollution-free, meeting the needs of application fields that require cleanliness, fire prevention, and explosion prevention for hot air.
Adopting an inserted hot air circulation fan and integrating it with the heat exchanger of the hot air stove, it saves space, reduces noise, minimizes heat dissipation, and is easy to maintain.
Equipped with imported burners, high degree of automation, strong reliability, and precise temperature control. This furnace directly outputs high-temperature air through a single heat exchange, with high thermal efficiency, which compensates for the low thermal efficiency caused by secondary heat exchange in steam boilers and heat transfer oil heating furnaces, saving fuel and electricity, and achieving significant economic benefits.
The operating cost is low, and compared with the electric heating drying method, it is only one-third of the operating cost of electric heating. Therefore, the electric heating drying room system can be renovated, and the renovation cost can be recovered within six months to one year.
The hot air temperature is high, and the maximum output temperature of the indirect hot air stove can reach 450 ℃, which is difficult for both thermal oil heating furnaces and steam boilers to achieve.
The initial investment is low, and it can be installed or erected on the top, bottom, or one side of the heating equipment without the need for an additional furnace room. Under the same heating capacity, its initial investment is only half of that of a thermal oil furnace and a steam boiler.
